THE SUN WAS WARM BUT THE WIND WAS CHILL. YOU KNOW HOW IT IS WITH AN APRIL DAY WHEN THE SUN IS OUT AND THE WIND IS STILL, YOU’RE ONE MONTH ON IN THE MIDDLE OF MAY. BUT IF SO MUCH AS DARE TO SPEAK, A CLOUD COMES OVER THE SUNLIT ARCH, A WIND COMES OFF A FROZEN PEAK, AND YOU’RE TWO MONTHS BACK IN THE MIDDLE OF MARCH.
Some flowers grow purple &yellow . Partly are red and they’re the best . Roses sprout when they’re out . Is April is hot is time to go outside . Not o.k. just the best. Good & happy spring flowers about to ring.
Today is the day when kits fly When Columbus clouds roar across the sky, When robin returns, when the children cheer, When light rain beckons spring to appear Today is the day when daffodils bloom, Which children pick to fill the rooms, Today is the day when the grass is green, When leaves burst forth throw spring to be seen.
